After a decade as a Systems Engineer with Pomeroy IT Solutions in Hebron, KY, Tim joined Emerge as a Managing Partner in 2007. Tim’s role is best described as a jack-of-all-trades, with his daily focus covering all aspects of the Emerge organization — from customer satisfaction and sales to engineering and quality control. Although he wears many hats, above all else, Tim is a dedicated customer advocate.

Richard Brown

Managing Partner

With a technical engineering background and 17+ years in leadership at Emerge, Richard brings a unique perspective to solving business problems and enjoys working with our customers to understand their business and how technology can help them achieve their goals. Working with our customers since day one, he approaches technology from a business perspective, applying his 25+ years of working in IT. Richard holds several high-level technical certifications, including the unique accomplishment of one of Cisco’s highest certification levels, a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) #6871 and has been certified with Cisco at this level for almost 20 years. This deep understanding of connectivity and data infrastructure enables him to help our customers solve their most complex business and technology issues. He is also keenly focused on providing world-class customer service, ensuring our team is able to care for each of our customers.
Outside of Emerge, Richard loves spending time with his family. His four children keep him and his wife Maria very busy. When there is a spare moment, you will find him at his kids’ activities or coaching youth sports.

Jesse Kegley

Managing Partner

Since 2007, Jesse has been a Managing Partner with Emerge. Utilizing over a decade of experience in the IT field, Jesse is a dynamic force in the industry. His focus on cloud computing, virtualization, and disaster recovery has moved Emerge to the forefront of the IT industry.

Ken Collins

Controller
Ken Collins is the Controller for Emerge. He graduated from Northern Kentucky University and has worked in finance for 17 years, 12 of which were spent building the accounting department of a small and growing company to what it is today. His favorite things about Emerge are the family atmosphere and stewardship in the community.
Outside of work, Ken enjoys hunting, golfing, and watching his kids’ soccer games.

Clark Earick

Chief Operating Officer
Clark joined Emerge as COO after spending two decades in business leadership, including a senior executive role in a global Fortune 100 company. With a reputation for delivering award-winning service excellence, driving organizational alignment during periods of extraordinary growth, and translating strategic vision into market-leading results, he is a key member of the seasoned Emerge executive team. As COO, Clark is responsible for day-to-day operations, overseeing service delivery, sales, marketing, and finance. Having led nearly every organizational function, his commitment to serving employees and customers alike helps ensure that Emerge continues to be one of the leading IT providers in the region.
Clark earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Ohio University in Athens. A graduate of Leadership Northern Kentucky, he also enjoys serving the community on several local boards. Clark and his wife Kelly have been married for nearly 25 years and reside with their two children in Northern Kentucky.

Michelle Caridi

Director of Human Resources
Michelle is a long-standing Human Resources professional with a passion for helping people and businesses grow. Having started her career at Emerge in 2006 as the Operations Manager, she now leads the Human Resources department and helps navigate the growth of the organization as a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
Michelle’s passions lie in evolving the complex human experience at work, helping others thrive in their careers and find passion in their work, and helping grow Emerge into the best organization it can be.
She resides in Northern Kentucky with her husband, two daughters, two dogs, and two bunnies. Both daughters are active in the equestrian community, and that takes up a lot of their time. Outside of horses, the entire family enjoys spending time together in nature, being active in community service efforts, roller skating, and family game night.

April Sterling

Director of Customer Experience
April Sterling is the Director of Customer Experience. Driven by her passion for helping people, she takes pride in providing the best experience possible for both customers and employees. She has spent most of her career leading people in various industries and helping them reach their goals. April has been married to her husband for over 25 years, and they have two daughters: an elementary school teacher and a forensic chemist.
Outside of work, April also enjoys hiking and spending time with friends and family, and always loves a good volleyball game.

Jeff Aiken

Cyber Security Manager
Jeff Aiken started working in IT as a point-of-sale installer for Blockbuster Video. Over the past 25 years, he has gained unparalleled experience in IT systems administration and security. Currently, Jeff serves as our Cyber Security Manager and shares our passion for protecting our customers IT systems. He holds numerous IT industry certifications, including Security+ and ITIL Foundations.
In his spare time, he enjoys exploring craft breweries with his wife, and also enjoys visiting nursing homes and hospices with his therapy dogs.

Chris Schmidt

Advanced Services Manager

Chris is an ITIL v3 certified professional with over 10 years’ experience in the IT industry. His career has been primarily focused on providing strategic IT project services that satisfy business needs. He is solutions oriented and has a proven track record in creating, implementing, and integrating service delivery processes that meet the challenging business needs of today’s MSP industry. Chris is a natural leader who successfully manages team members, partners, and vendors to meet timelines and project deliverables. His experience includes managing and mentoring junior managers, engineers, developers, and IT technicians.
Away from the office, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, working on his house and landscaping, and hanging out with his close friends.

Michael Daniele

Manager of Strategic IT Services

Michael has worked in the IT industry for 21 years, specializing in virtualization and server/workstation support. As Field Team Manager, he is passionate about advancing the careers of his team and helping Emerge’s customers grow their businesses by achieving their key objectives. In addition to Emerge, he also serves as Event Coordinator for the Round For Robin Charity Golf Outing.
Outside of the office, Michael loves spending time with his family, playing golf, enjoying a good bourbon, and watching sport.

Mike Denato

Service Desk Manager
For over 30 years, Mike has been creating exceptional experiences for customers. Throughout his career, he has always placed customer experience at the forefront, from his early days making pizzas, working at Kmart and stocking shelves at Bigg’s Hypermarket to management positions at the Discovery Channel for nine years, Target.com for seven years, and the Service Desk Manager for Emerge for the past seven years. Mike is devoted to improving processes and procedures ensuring customers have the experience they deserve.
When he’s not keeping busy with work, Mike enjoys spending football Saturdays with his wife in Ann Arbor, Michigan, or working on the latest project at home. He also likes to spend time with his three daughters and his grandchildren.

Scott Coleman

Manager of Technical Operations
Scott has worked in IT for over 17 years. Throughout his career, he has enjoyed serving in many roles, from taking calls at the service desk and processing customer orders in sales to project managing important customer initiatives. Scott holds a PMP certification and currently manages the Project Management Office and Technical Operations Team. By utilizing his strong problem-solving and communication skills, he focuses on providing the best-possible experience to customers.
Outside of work, Scott is a history buff and enjoys reading and listening to audiobooks. He also loves camping and the outdoors, and traveling with his wife and daughter.
