April Sterling serves as the Director of Customer Experience, where she channels her passion for helping others into creating exceptional experiences for both customers and employees. With a career rooted in leadership across diverse industries, April is known for inspiring teams, fostering growth, and driving meaningful results. 

She has been married to her husband for almost 30 years, and they are proud parents of two accomplished daughters—an elementary school teacher and a forensic chemist.  Outside of work, April enjoys camping and spending quality time with friends and family, embracing the outdoors and the connections that matter most.
