Clark Earick

Chief Operating Officer

Clark Earick joined Emerge as COO after spending two decades in business leadership, including a senior executive role in a global Fortune 100 company. With a reputation for delivering award-winning service excellence, driving organizational alignment during periods of extraordinary growth, and translating strategic vision into market-leading results, he is a key member of the seasoned Emerge executive team. 

As COO, Clark is responsible for day-to-day operations, overseeing service delivery, sales, marketing, and finance. Having led nearly every organizational function, his commitment to serving employees and customers alike helps ensure that Emerge continues to be one of the leading IT providers in the region.

Clark earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Ohio University in Athens. A graduate of Leadership Northern Kentucky, he also enjoys serving the community on several local boards. Clark and his wife Kelly have been married for nearly 25 years and reside with their two children in Northern Kentucky.
