Michelle Caridi serves as the Vice President of Administration at Emerge, overseeing Human Resources, Finance, and core administrative functions as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. A long-standing HR professional and strategic leader, Michelle began her career with Emerge in 2006 as the Operations Manager and has played a central role in the company’s growth and evolution ever since.

In her current role, Michelle provides leadership and strategic direction for organizational infrastructure, financial management, compliance, and workforce development. She ensures that Emerge’s administrative and people systems operate efficiently, supporting both short-term performance and long-term sustainability and compliance.

Michelle’s professional passion centers on enhancing the human experience, developing leaders, and building an organization where people thrive and purposeful work flourishes. She resides in Northern Kentucky with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs. The family enjoys spending time together in nature and takes pride in giving back through community service and volunteer efforts. They also enjoy antiquing, art, and family game nights.
