For over 30 years, Mike Denato has been creating exceptional experiences for customers. Throughout his career, he has always placed customer experience at the forefront, from his early days making pizzas, working at Kmart and stocking shelves at Bigg’s Hypermarket to management positions at the Discovery Channel for nine years, Target.com for seven years, and the Service Desk Manager for Emerge for the past seven years. Mike is devoted to improving processes and procedures ensuring customers have the experience they deserve.

When he’s not keeping busy with work, Mike enjoys spending football Saturdays with his wife in Ann Arbor, Michigan, or working on the latest project at home. He also likes to spend time with his three daughters and his grandchildren.
