Sue-Ann Lovell is our Advanced Services Manager and loves helping customers, teams, and projects succeed. With several industry certifications and years of experience in technology services, she brings a practical, customer-focused approach to everything she does. Whether she’s leading complex projects, improving processes, or working alongside clients and partners, Sue-Ann is committed to delivering great results and ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, strong attention to detail, and ability to bring people together to solve challenges and achieve shared goals.

When she’s not working, Sue-Ann enjoys spending time with her husband, Doug, and taking cruises whenever they have the chance to get away. Family is a huge part of her life, and most weekends are spent on the sidelines or in the stands cheering on their grandchildren. From basketball and football to cheerleading, soccer, track, and everything in between, there is always a game, meet, or event on the calendar. She wouldn’t have it any other way and loves being there to support them, celebrate their accomplishments, and make lasting memories along the way.
