Emerge in the Community: Living Our Purpose to Help People

Emerge Managed IT Services Greater Cincinnati NKY Community Service

At Emerge, our purpose is simple: to help people. We live that out every day through the work we do for our customers, but we’re just as committed to showing up for the communities where we live and work. That commitment shows up through volunteer hours, donation drives, and partnerships with organizations that provide food, shelter, hope, and opportunity to people who need it. Here’s a look at some of the ways we help.

Food Drive Supporting GO Pantry

Each year, Emerge employees rally around our annual food drive for GO Pantry, an organization that helps make sure local kids don’t go hungry when school isn’t in session. Between food donations and financial contributions, our team helped provide meals to children across Northern Kentucky, donating 7,000 food items in 2025 alone.

Beyond collecting donations, our employees also volunteer directly with GO Pantry, packing weekend “Go Bags” for students who might otherwise go without food at home, an effort that reaches more than 1,200 kids across dozens of local schools.

Holiday Assistance for Local Families

Every holiday season, Emerge employees take part in our Adopt-a-Family program, contributing financially, shopping for gifts, and helping provide essentials and holiday wishes for local families facing hardship. Every child deserves some joy and dignity during the holidays, regardless of circumstances, and this year we’re aiming to do more than ever.

Partnering with People Working Cooperatively

We also support People Working Cooperatively (PWC), an organization that helps low-income homeowners stay safe and independent in their homes through critical repairs, accessibility modifications, and maintenance. Emerge employees pitch in on projects like yard work and home improvement, lending their time and energy to neighbors throughout the region.

Homeless Care Bags

As the weather turns colder, our team assembles and donates care bags filled with essential items for people experiencing homelessness. These kits go to local shelters and outreach organizations, offering some basic comfort and a reminder that someone cares.

A Culture of Community

Community involvement isn’t an occasional activity at Emerge. It’s part of who we are. Whether we’re collecting food, supporting local families during the holidays, working alongside community partners, or helping people experiencing homelessness, our employees consistently show that helping people goes well beyond technology.
